We began our business in South Texas where mold runs amuck with the high humidity. We are now based in Bellevue, Washington. We have conducted large mold remediation projects in excess of $100,000.00 since 2002. We are happiest when we can save people money and keep it small. We remain mindful that most of the mold we remediate is invisible. Only the worst colonies can be seen with the naked eye. We are ever conscious that our enemy cannot be seen and take precautions to maintain containment conditions and waste disposal guidelines that protect your home and our workers. We believe in using state of the art equipment and procedures. There never will be any substitute for the hard work of removing the offending colonies, discarding the contaminated building materials, hepa vacuuming the walls ceilings and floors, damp wiping all walls ceilings and floors, applying antimicrobial solutions, encapsulating porous framing where appropriate and adequately filtering the indoor air with high tech specialty filtration to a particle size of 1 micron.
